From now on you will be able to add Online Items to new Businesses through Workflows.
Until now, Workflows have allowed us to create Businesses in a customized and automated way. However, if we wanted to add Line Items to these new Businesses, they had to be added manually, or through the API.
We explain in this 1 minute video how to add Line Items to new Businesses in an automated way, through Workflows, with this new update.
To summarize, these are the steps to follow to add Inline Items to Businesses from Workflows:
1. In your HubSpot account, head to Automation > Workflows.
2. Create a Workflow fromscratch and define the triggerthat will make Contacts sign up for it.
3. Once the trigger is defined, add to the Workflow the action: Create registration,
and select: Business, record to which we will then add the corresponding Line Items.
4. At this point in the definition, the update comes into play. At the bottom of the right customization sidebar you will find the option: Add Online Items, not available until now.
By clicking on the drop-down menu you will access the Product Library, where you will find all your products or services defined. You will be able to add as many products (or Inline Items) as you consider and specify the number of units of each product you want to add to each Business, which will automatically update the Business Value at the time of creation.
Available to all accounts with access to Workflows, a tool linked to the Professional or Enterprise licenses of any of the Hubs.
